Better to do in the morning , but if you do evening time is fine as well.You can start like 10-15 min a day and increase gradually if you want. main thing any exercise good for you body and your health.It also depends , how you are feel, how is your health condition and how do you like to do exercise. meantime you have to check your health status: like blood pressure , make sure in a good condition all the time.My message is what ever you do in you life always keep doing your exercise.
