Coming to Surry Hills and Redfern almost every day of the week, I got realize how culturally diverse the community here in this suburb. I was hoping that the place will have predominantly Portuguese or Anglo community. However, I could interact with people from India, Indonesia, China, Japan and other places. This is also reflected in the choice of food available in the restaurants, bars or cafe. The bars and cafes are extremely good here and some of the best restaurants I could find here. Though not close to the beach, this suburb feels much nicer place to live in Sydney. I hope one day I could buy a house or an appartment to live here.
